Good [morning/afternoon/evening] everyone,
Thank you all for being here today! It’s an absolute honor and privilege to stand before you as the founder and fitness coach of My Fitness Universe by Coach Ledoux.
Let me start by sharing a little bit about myself and my passion for fitness. For as long as I can remember, fitness has been more than just a career or a hobby—it’s been a way of life. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how fitness can transform not just bodies, but also minds, lives, and entire outlooks. And that’s the mission I’ve carried forward with My Fitness Universe: to inspire, guide, and empower individuals to become the very best versions of themselves.
At My Fitness Universe, we believe that fitness is not a one-size-fits-all journey. Each of us has unique goals, challenges, and strengths—and that’s what makes this journey so personal and rewarding. Whether it’s building strength, improving endurance, achieving balance, or simply feeling more confident in your own skin, I’m here to help you every step of the way.
As your coach, my approach is rooted in three key principles:
- Education: Understanding the “why” behind every movement, every exercise, and every choice we make in our fitness journey.
- Consistency: Because small, consistent efforts lead to big, lasting changes.
- Empowerment: My goal is to not only guide you but to equip you with the tools, knowledge, and mindset to take charge of your fitness and health for the long term.
Through My Fitness Universe, I aim to create a supportive and motivating environment where everyone feels welcome—regardless of where they are in their fitness journey. Together, we will celebrate progress, overcome challenges, and most importantly, enjoy the process of becoming healthier, stronger, and more confident.
I’m incredibly excited to bring my expertise, energy, and passion to this community. Whether you’re here to lift heavier, run faster, feel better, or simply explore what you’re capable of, I’m here to guide you, cheer you on, and push you to reach new heights.

Introducing me
Hi everyone, and welcome to a short story of my life.

Who am I? Let’s start at the beginning. I was born with good genetics. Son of a sporty and tall woman and an outdoorsman who likes adventure. They gave me all the tools I needed to live my life. I started playing sports young. The older I got, the more sports I was doing. I was doing soccer, athletics, cross-country, mountain biking, judo, and more. I have my parent to thank for being able to give me the chance to compete in so many sports almost at the same time! After that came the time to choose, because my parents couldn’t be everywhere at the same time, nor could I. So i became a soccer player for over 20 year, i was also a football player, and a volley ball player.

We all know that with sport and competition, training is never far along the line.
It was at this moment that a spark lit up in me; I found a piece of me in training. I got to be coached by many men and women and trained under a vast style of training. Then came a course in gym class to create a workout plan and put in the work and show us what you can do.

I found myself at that moment. And like many of us, life came in, and the big adventure started, and after a few years, I am now a carpenter. Yes, that’s right. I chose to pause my passion and work, not that I dislike my job, but I know I have more to offer. Like some of us, I decided that I wanted more. I started reading more about training and watching videos on YouTube. That’s when I found CrossFit. I was so hyped! I was looking at the athlete performing. I had to know what it was. At first I couldn’t afford to go and do class. Life had different plans for me. I keep working out and started to prepare my body. I learn many techniques, and I keep learning more. I eventually got the chance to do CrossFit. And it was worth the wait. Bad luck on my side; I ended up hurting my back. and I was the one to blame for my pain. I wanted to do too much at once and exhausted my body by training and doing CrossFit on top of my daily job. At this moment, I was forced to relax at home. I kept searching for how I could bounce back. I searched for workouts to help with injuries, and just like that, I became a certified fitness coach.

As a coach, I value the experience and the knowledge. That’s why I keep learning day after day to make sure I can provide my client with the best tool to help them reach their full potential. I am not here to judge; to me, any reason to get fit is a good one! We all deserve to reach our goal. Not everyone starts at the same place, just like we all have a different finish line. Training and getting in shape are not a race. It is very important to focus on taking one step at a time; the long run always wins best.
That’s why. my mission is to provide the best tool, to get you started, or find the solution to over come wall, i believe we can all do better. To help my project, I will soon be introducing my application. I believe that as a coach, it’s my job to make it easier to stay on track.

For now I have chosen to act as a fitness consultant. Why? Because with 2 jobs at the moment, it will make it hard for me to be there and help when you need me the most! That’s why I encourage you to write to me if you have questions about your workout. If you have exercise that hurts you, if you have found yourself facing a wall, don’t worry. Fitness is a science, and there are many ways to move on to the next level. As a coach, it is my job to help you for Free !
